Recruits, interviews, hires new staff Makes connections with local colleges and attends job fairs Manages employee retention programs Administers employee benefits Processes payroll Employee relations Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in a similar role in a healthcare environment highly preferred Experience in Talent Acquisition and retention Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred Job Type:
